: The study was conducted according to the research ethics principles and ethical guidelines of the Declaration of Helsinki []. An application for ethical clearance was obtained from the Ethical Review Authority in Sweden (diary number: 2023-08133-02). Before participating in the FGIs, the RNs received oral and written information about the study. Participating was voluntary, and both oral and written informed consent were obtained. Before starting the FGIs, the participants were informed about the importance of not sharing outside the group who participated and who said what, and all participants gave consent for the interview to be recorded. There were no interdependencies between the participating RNs and the researchers. The data was handled confidentially, and data was stored in secure servers inaccessible to unauthorised people.
