: This retrospective study was conducted in accordance with the Declaration of Helsinki, and the protocol was approved by the Clinical Research Ethics Committee of the Badajoz Healthcare Management reference number:19/2018). The study exclusively included deceased patients and used anonymized clinical data. In accordance with Spanish legislation (Law 14/2007 on Biomedical Research and Organic Law 3/2018 on the Protection of Personal Data and Guarantee of Digital Rights), the requirement for informed consent was waived, as the data were anonymized and the study did not pose any risk to the subjects.
