: Ethical approval was obtained from the South-Eastern Norway Regional Committee for Medical and Health Research Ethics (Ref. No.502837) and the Norwegian Agency for Shared Services in Education and Research (Ref. No.777028). The study adheres to the principles of ethical research in the Declaration of Helsinki. Privacy was protected in line with the General Data Protection Regulation. In addition, approval for implementation was granted by the managers of healthcare services in the local authorities involved.Participants provided written informed consent to participate. Verbal and written information about the study and voluntary participation was initially provided. All participants were informed of the possibility of withdrawing from the study at any time without any consequences. The interview was saved as an audio file that was uploaded to a secure cloud database named Services for Sensitive Data, which collects, stores and analyses sensitive research data in a secure environment. The audio files were anonymized by replacing the names of the informants with a number.
