: The Tokyo Metropolitan Institute of Medical Science collects and provides de-identified data regarding the programme’s implementation in naturalistic long-term care settings. The data set is anonymized and does not contain any personal information. Upon data entry, care recipient ID was automatically assigned to each recipient, that was managed by the provider. Therefore, the database does not contain any IDs used for long-term care or healthcare insurance systems that are linked to participants’ names. As a result, this study did not require ethical approval, as per the Ethical Guidelines for Medical and Biological Research Involving Human Subjects in Japan of 23 March 2021, Part 3-1-C-(iii). The research was conducted in accordance with the Declaration of Helsinki. Informed consent was obtained from all the professionals, care recipients, and/or their family members before any data collection. Professionals provided consent digitally before applying for the e-learning training course. Care recipients and/or family members provided written consent.
