: The study protocol was reviewed and approved by the Ethics Committee of the Faculty of Medicine of the University of Coimbra (FMUC) under reference number CE-172/2024, following a meeting held on 20 November 2024. All procedures were conducted in strict accordance with the ethical principles outlined in the World Medical Association’s Declaration of Helsinki (2013 revision) and complied with European legislation on personal data protection, specifically Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (General Data Protection Regulation – GDPR).
