: Approved by the Unity Health Toronto Research Ethics Board (REB#23-004). The REB is guided in decision-making regarding research protocols by a number of key documents at the local, national, and international level. The Tri-Council Policy Statement, Ethical Conduct for Research Involving Humans has been adopted as a national standard. In addition, the adoption by Health Canada of the ICH Good Clinical Practice: Consolidated Guideline provides the REB and researchers with internationally accepted standards when conducting clinical research. No patient charts will be included if those individuals expressed that they did not want their information used for research purposes. This study will be seeking a “waiver of consent” for the following reasons:• The approximate sample size for this study will be 40-50 patients. This would make obtaining consent for all the participants challenging and not practically feasible for this study• The research involves minimal risk for the subjects• Waiver or alteration will not adversely affect the rights and welfare of the subjects• Research does not involve a therapeutic intervention, or other clinical or diagnostic interventions• Furthermore, number of subjects included in this study are deceased. As per PHIPA 44 section 3d, it is impractical to obtain consent from study participants who are deceased.
