: The study was conducted according to the research ethics principles and ethical guidelines of the Declaration of Helsinki [ ]. An application for ethical clearance was obtained from the Ethical Review Authority in Sweden (diary number: 2024-07155-01). Relatives received written information about the study, that participation was voluntary, research subject information, and an informed consent form before participating in the interview. Both oral and written informed consent were obtained, and all participants gave consent for the interview to be recorded. There were no interdependencies between the participants and the researchers. The data was handled confidentially and stored in secure servers inaccessible to unauthorised people.
