: This study was conducted in accordance with the World Medical Association Declaration of Helsinki. Ethical approval was obtained from the Aga Khan University Ethics Review Committee (ERC number 2024--9924--28779) on the 8th of April 2024. Written informed consent was obtained from all participants prior to data collection. The participants were informed of the study’s aims, their right to withdraw at any time, and the measures taken to ensure confidentiality.
