: This study was conducted in accordance with the ethical principles outlined in the Declaration of Helsinki (2024). Ethical approval from the local ethics committee (Ethics Committee of the Medical Faculty at Heinrich Heine University Düsseldorf) was obtained prior to the study start (date of approval: December 2nd 2022, reference number: 2022–2096). All data obtained were collected in routine clinical care, extracted from electronic hospital databases and strictly de-identified.
