: The study was conducted in accordance with the Swedish Act concerning the ethical review of research involving humans (2003:460) and with the ethical principles outlined in the Declaration of Helsinki. For the development stage, no formal ethical approval was required under the Swedish Ethical Review Act. Nonetheless, all participants were orally informed about the study and their voluntary participation. For stage 2, the educational intervention study received ethical approval from the Regional Ethical Review Board in Lund, Sweden (No. 2015/4). All participants received both oral and written information about the study and provided written informed consent prior to study commencement.
