: This study was conducted in accordance with the ethical principles outlined in the Declaration of Helsinki [ ] and was approved by the Norwegian Agency for Shared Services in Education and Research (SIKT) (registration no: 763312). All the participants were informed about the aim of the study and consented to participate by signing a consent form. They were also informed about their right to withdraw from the study at any point during the data collection, without any consequences, either personal or work related. Further, they all consented to the interviews being recorded. The recorded data material was securely stored and de-identified upon transcription.
