: The Medical Research Ethics Committee of the School of Public Health at Fudan University approved Professor Luo Li’s ethics application for the study titled “Investigation on the Development of Nursing Talent in Xuhui District” on September 19, 2024. The approval number is IRB#2024-09-1161. Written informed consent was also obtained from each participant before recruitment into the study. Each participant was informed of his/her right to withdraw from the study at any time without suffering any negative consequences. Names of the participants were not revealed in the study report and all information gathered from the study participants were treated confidentially as special codes were used to represent the responses of each participant (Supplementary material 5).
