Ethics approval and consent to participate: Medical Ethics Review Committee of the Erasmus University Medical Center approved the study protocol for the SELFIE project (document no. MEC-2017-402; June 12, 2017). Ministry of Health of the Republic of Croatia endorsed the study protocol (December 29, 2016), as well as Ministry of Demography, Family, Youth and Social Policy of the Republic of Croatia (March 1, 2017). Subsequently, the study was approved by the Ethics Committee of each participating health care centre. All study participants have provided informed written consent. The study was conducted in line with the Helsinki declaration and all applicable laws and regulations.
