Ethics approval and consent to participate: According to § 15 of the Professional Code for Physicians of the respective State Medical Association, ethics committee review is required for research involving interventions on humans or the use of identifiable human data or biological material [ ]. Given the anonymous nature of the survey of healthcare professionals and the absence of patient health data, no ethics approval was necessary. Participation was voluntary and we have obtained informed consent during the submission process from all participants to participate in the study. No data identifying respondents or PCCS were collected. The study was conducted in accordance with the principles of the Declaration of Helsinki.
