Ethics approval and consent to participate: The study followed ethical principles in the Declaration of Helsinki. The protocol was submitted to the International Review Board of Arnhem – Nijmegen. Our study was exempted from the Dutch Medical Research with Human Subjects Law (WMO) (IRB 2021–13244). Informed consent for all participation in the study and for the publication of data was implicitly obtained, as respondents could voluntarily respond to the invitation to complete the questionnaire.

Consent for publication: All participants implicitly consented for publication by voluntarily responding to the announcement to participate in this research project. Respondents were informed in the invitation letter about the publication of the data. A statement concerning compromising pseudonymity is not applicable.
