: SC and SV are professors of Public Health, OA is an associate professor of Public Health and a specialist in Internal Medicine at the School of Medicine of the NEU; OT is a practicing family physician; OO, GG,ED, BC and OK were intern doctors of the Faculty of Medicine of the NEU at the time of the study but are currently medical doctors practicing in hospitals and health centers in TR and TRNC.

: The essential permission from the Deanery of the NEU Medical Faculty for the study was provided and the conduction of the study was approved by the Ethics Committee of NEU.The reference number of the approval is 2015/35, Project No. 264.Anonymity and confidentiality were assured through the introduction section of the questionnaire where the participants were informed about the scientific nature and purpose of the study and their informed consents were obtained both written and verbally.
