: Prior to the study, the research protocol was reviewed and approved by the Ethics Committee of the Kinshasa School of Public Health, including the use of verbal consent from participants given the low literacy levels in the study area. Verbal informed consent was obtained from each participant before the focus group or interview and documented in the interviewer notes.
