: The current study was approved by the Regional Ethical Review Board Sweden Lund University (Dnr 2017/65). Written informed consent to undertake the study was obtained from the forum’s web <b>operations manager</b>. On recommendation from the Regional Ethical Review board an information letter with details about the study’s aim and structure and about confidentiality, the voluntary nature of and right to withdraw at any time without explanation was sent to the forum manager to be published on the forum’s website.
