: The objective and method of the study were clarified at the beginning of the study and written informed consent was obtained from all participants and legally authorized representative/relatives of illiterate participants involved in the study. The protocol of the study has been approved by the Ethics Committee of the Tabriz University of Medical Sciences (IR.TBZMED.REC.1396.358). Personal information about participants has to be kept in a database to keep participants’ security. This study was carried out in accordance with the relevant guidelines and regulations.
