: The study was approved by the South Eastern Sydney Local Health District Human Research Ethics Committee (Approval number: HREC 17/257). All methods were performed in accordance with the relevant guidelines and regulations. Prior to acknowledging their voluntary participation at the commencement of the survey, service providers were presented with an introductory letter outlining the details of the study (Supplementary File 1). Commencement of the survey was then taken as consent to participate. Participation in the interviews was voluntary and as a participant group, service providers were not considered to be compromised in any way. Thus, they gave verbal consent to participate in the study as this method was approved by South Eastern Sydney Local Health District Human Research Ethics Committee.
