: All methods were approved by Institutional Review Board of Faculty of Medicine Udayana University/ Sanglah Public Hospital Denpasar. Four (4) sources of secondary data were used in the study. First source of data was an open access of the official government COVID-19 surveillance system. The data from the first source of data was presented in Fig. InternalRef removed of this manuscript. The second and third source of data were from program data maintained by local implementing units (IUs) of a comprehensive national HIV and AIDS program for FSW being managed by the United Nations Population Fund (UNFPA) with technical support from the Indonesian National Association of Sex Workers (OPSI) on behalf of the Ministry of Health. The data from the second and third source of data was presented in Figs. Institutional Review Board of Faculty of Medicine Udayana University/ Sanglah Public Hospital Denpasar decided to exempt three (the first to the third source of data) of the four sources of data used in the study from human subject’s ethical review as they consisted of aggregate data that contained no information of any kind on individuals. The fourth source of data from the community HIV screening trial underwent ethical review at the same IRB as mentioned before and was assigned approval number 612/UN 14.2.2.VII.14/LT/2020. All data collection method and analysis were carried out in accordance with the guideline of IRB as mentioned before.
