Support letter was also obtained from Adama Hospital Medical College to Oromia Regional Health Bureau and South West Shoa zonal health department. Then, a letter of cooperation was secured from Weliso district health office and communicated with health facilities and kebele administrations. Informed verbal consent was taken from each study participant to confirm their willingness to participate in the study after explaining the objectives, benefits, and risks of participation. For the respondents under the age of 16 years, informed consent was obtained from a parent and/or legal guardian. For illiterate women, we involved a witness and also asked the participant to sign across their name by use of fingerprint. The ethical committee approved this process of obtaining consent.
