: The participants were informed, both orally and in writing, regarding the study and given the opportunity to ask questions before the data collection started, and written informed consent was obtained. Voluntary participation as well as the possibility to withdraw from the study at any time, with no impact on their further treatment, were emphasized. All methods were carried out in accordance with relevant guidelines and regulations (Declaration of Helsinki). The study was approved by the Ethics Committee at the Medical Faculty of the RWTH Aachen (EK 150/19).
