: The study was approved by the Ethical Review Board at Aga Khan University (ERC# 2020–3545-8977). All methods were performed according to the "Declaration of Helsinki" by the ethical guideline and regulations.

: Informed consent (signature) was obtained from the participants who can read and write, and the ethics committee approved a thumbprint of the illiterate participants. The purpose of the study was explained to all the participants. The participants’ questions were answered and explained until they felt satisfied. It was also presented to the participants that they have the right to leave the interview at any time whenever they feel uncomfortable or don't want to answer any further questions. The contact of the Principle Investigator (email and phone number) was shared with the participants in case they had any queries related to the research.
