: This study was carried out after obtaining ethical clearance from Madda Walabu University Shashemene campus (MWUSHC/1588/14), the ethical review committee, and the supportive letter was submitted to health facility managers. An official letter was given to the focal person ART and MCH unit. Respondents were informed about the objective and purpose of the study and written informed consent were obtained from each respondent. Clear information was given about the purpose and procedure of the study, the importance of participation, and the right to withdraw at any time if they want. Privacy and confidentiality of the information given for each respondent kept properly. During the data collection procedure COVID-19 pandemic prevention methods were applied by data collectors following scientific guidelines. All methods were carried out in accordance with relevant guidelines and regulations.
