: The study was approved by the Shiraz University of Medical Sciences ethics committee with the ethics code of IR.SUMS.REC. 1398.565 and conducted in accordance with the principles of the Declaration of Helsinki. All the participants were informed about the quality of the project implementation, confidentiality of the information, and the project purpose; written informed consent was obtained from them. For illiterate participants, the content of the informed consent was explained to the participant, and the individual’s fingerprint and signature of a family member were taken as witnesses. Participants were also assured that their information would remain confidential Voluntary participation in this study, use of an anonymous questionnaire, possibility of access to executives of this study via two exclusive phone lines, and observance of confidentiality in all aspects of the research were some of the ethical aspects that were applied.
