: The study proposal was reviewed and approved by COMREC, University of Malawi. Certificate number: P.11/16/2076, Dated 6 January 2017. The Lilongwe DHO granted permission to conduct the study. Informed consent both verbal and written obtained from each study participant, before enrolling him or her into the study. Confidentiality was maintained at all times; no names were on the questionnaires. All methods were performed following relevant guidelines and regulations.
