: Ethical clearance was obtained from the Institutional Review Board of College Health Science; Debre Markos university (study protocol number 159/2022). Then, officials at different levels in the hospitals were communicated through letters from College of Medicine and Health Science. Then, informed written consent from all participants was obtained. For those who cannot write and read the consent form was read in front of a witness (their friends, relatives, and independent body of the research team) and the witness signed and provided written informed consent. In addition, affirmation was made that they are free to withdraw consent and discontinue participation without any form of prejudice. All participants have assured confidentiality of information and privacy of their personal information. To preserve confidentiality, the data was not exposed to any third party except the investigators. All necessary methods were carried out in accordance with the guidelines of institutional and declaration of Helsinki.
