Secondary data was used for this study and as such, permission to use the data was sought and granted by the data originator. However, ethical approval to conduct the study was obtained from the National Ethical Review Committee (NREC), and at the point of data collection, informed consent was obtained from the respondents before the conduct of the interview. Informed consent was also obtained from the parents or/ and legal guardians of the uneducated participants. The respondents were assured of the anonymity of the information they provided. The possible identifier that could be used to track each respondent to the information they provided was removed from the original data.
