: The study confirms that all the methods and ethical issues were performed in accordance with the Declaration of Helsinki [CitationRef removed]. Ambo University College of Medicine and Health Sciences Ethical Review Committee (ref.no. AU/MWPG/12/2021) approved this study. An ethical clearance letter was presented to the Toke Kutaye district health administration office, and then a permission letter was obtained from each health facility. Participants were explicitly informed about the study's purpose, risks, and benefits. An informed consent was obtained from all the key informants for their participation and audio recording of the interviews. The study ensured respect for all study participants and protected their health and rights. Study participants and their guardians provided written informed consent, and participants or their guardians who were unable to read or write provided verbal informed consent. For participants whose age was less than eighteen years, written consent or verbal consent was obtained from their parents or guardians. Anonymity of the study participants was assured by protecting the participants’ identities by using code numbers. The participants’ confidentiality was respected by keeping all the collected data in a locked cabinet and not divulging information other than the purpose of the study.
