: Ethical clearance and approval were obtained from the Ethical Review Committee of the School of Pharmacy, College of Medicine and Health Science, University of Gondar (with reference number SOP336/2014). In addition, the official letter of cooperation was given by the administrative offices of the hospital. The purpose of the study was explained to the study participants. Participation was on a voluntary basis after written informed consent was obtained from each participant prior to the data collection. For participants that were illiterate, informed consent was obtained from a parent and/or legal guardian. The interview was undertaken privately, and the responses were kept confidential. A statement to confirm that all methods were carried out in accordance with relevant guidelines and regulations.
