: The study was conducted according to the College of Medicine and Research Ethics Committee (COMREC) ethical requirement of “protecting the safety of human and animal subjects participating in research” with the approval number P.01/22/3541. The datasets were accessed from the DHS program website () after creating an account and obtaining written permission for data access and use. All conditions of DHS dataset use () were adhered to. The original study (2015-16 MDHS) conformed to all of the requirements of 45 CFR 46, “Protection of Human Subjects” according to Inner City Fund Institutional Review Board (ICF IRB) (). As published in the MDHS report, informed consent was obtained from each respondent, and a parent or guardian provided consent for an adolescent under 18 years.
