: Ethical approval was obtained from Bartın University Social and Human Sciences Ethics Committee (date: 17.07.2022, number: 2023-SBB-0415), written permission was obtained from the Dean’s Office of Bartın University Faculty of Health Sciences, where the study was conducted, and a written informed consent form was obtained from all female nursing students participating in the study. Written informed consent forms were obtained after all participants were explained about the purpose and process of the study. The study was conducted following the ethical standards in the Declaration of Helsinki. The randomized controlled trial was registered with Clinical Trials under registration number NCT06027489. No harm or unintended effects were reported as a result of the interventions implemented by the students participating in this study to their groups.
