: This study was approved by the institutional review board (IRB) at Muhimbili University of Health and Allied Science (MUHAS) Ref. No. DA.282/298/ 01. Permission to conduct research was obtained from RMO, DMO and MOI of the facility. All participants were informed about the study purpose, risks, and benefits, and provided written informed consent before enrolment into the study. Participants who never attended school, or had challenges in writing or reading or were minors provided informed consent either through a thumbprint, or had the informed consent read to them in presence of a legally authorized representative (LAR) or parent, respectively.
