: The studies involving humans were performed in line with the principles of the Declaration of Helsinki. Approved by the Ethics Committee of The Third Hospital of Nanchang (Approval No. KY2021074). All participants were informed and they signed a fully-informed consent form. The studies were conducted in accordance with the local legislation and institutional requirements. The participants provided their written informed consent to participate in this study. Patient recruitment: Subject inclusion criteria and exclusion criteria were determined together with the investigator. Then, eligible subjects were actively sought by placing recruitment posters in the hospitals and communicating with doctors in relevant departments. Clinical sample processing: According to the clinical stage, clinicians have diagnosed patients with advanced breast cancer, and according to the basic information of the patients, including pathology number, hospitalization number and other relevant information, the corresponding tissue wax blocks were found for research.
