: The permission for the translation, cultural adaptation, and psychometric validation of the aMBQ instrument in Turkish was requested and granted via e-mail from the authors. The study was approved by the Non-Interventional Clinical Research Ethics Committee of the Medipol University (Registered as E-10840098-202.3.02-2616 and dated as April 26, 2023). The study was conducted in accordance with the principles of the Declaration of Helsinki. As all participants were minors (aged 12–18 years), written informed consent was obtained from parents or legal guardians via Google Forms prior to survey participation, along with participants’ own assent. The Google Forms platform presented comprehensive information about the study objectives, procedures, voluntary nature of participation, and right to withdraw without consequences before requesting consent acknowledgment.
