: This study was carried out in the second phase of the thesis entitled “Design and Evaluation of the Mobile Application of Nutrition Advisor for Women with Polycystic Ovary Syndrome (PCOS)”. It was approved by the Research Ethics Committee of Tehran University of Medical Sciences, Tehran, Iran (ethical code: IR.TUMS.SPH.REC.1402.198). All participants received detailed information about the study and agreed to participate. Also, informed consent was obtained from the participants for participation in the study. Their rights as study subjects were protected by the principles of the Helsinki Declaration.
