: All methods were carried out in accordance to Declaration of Helsinki. Ethical approval was obtained from the Institutional Review Board of Jos University Teaching Hospital with reference number: JUTH/DCS/IREC/127XXXI/519. Additionally, verbal informed consent for participation and voice recording were obtained from all participants of the KIIs with the assurance of confidentiality and anonymity of information provided. The participants were made aware that participation was entirely voluntary and there would be no consequences for refusing to participate in the study. Participants’ privacy was protected by ensuring that the initial self-introduction made by respondents at the start of each interview was not recorded to maintain confidentiality during analysis.
