: Ethical clearance was obtained from Addis Ababa University, College of Health Sciences, Department of Medical Laboratory Sciences and Departmental Research and Ethics Review Committee (DRERC) [Ref. No. MLS/198/24]. Letter of permission was obtained from the Department of Medical Laboratory Science to select hospitals. Additionally, ethical clearance was obtained from the Addis Ababa Health Bureau for the hospitals under the Ministry of Health. [Ref, No.A/A/H/16227/227].Informed oral consent was taken from each participant prior to the questionnaire. Participants were informed that their participation was purely voluntary. Participants were told they were free to not answer any question if unwilling and could withdraw at any time. All data gathered from participants in the study were kept totally confidential. Only principal investigators had access to the data and the Google Forms responses were deleted when they were no longer needed, ensuring data security.
