: The study was conducted in accordance with the ethical principles outlined in the Declaration of Helsinki. Ethical approval was obtained from the University of Dodoma Research and Ethics Committee. Permission to conduct the study was granted by the Executive Director of Benjamin Mkapa Hospital through the Directorate of Training and Research (DTR) Office. Prior to data collection, the study objectives were clearly explained to all participants, and written informed consent was obtained from all women. Participation was entirely voluntary, and participants were informed of their right to withdraw at any time without penalty or loss of services. Confidentiality was ensured by maintaining anonymity and securely storing data with password protection to prevent unauthorized access.
