: Ethical clearance to conduct the study was obtained from the Institutional Ethics Committee of Kasturba Medical College and Kasturba Hospital IEC (IEC NO646/2022) on 8th March 2023. This study was conducted in accordance to National Ethical Guidelines for Biomedical and Health Research Involving Human Participants by the Indian Council of Medical Research (ICMR), ensuring compliance with established ethical standards.
