: The Ethics Committee of Kerman University of Medical Sciences (IR.KMU.REC.1402.138) authorized all study methods, which were carried out in compliance with the Declaration of Helsinki. Prior to participation, written informed consent was obtained, and participants were told verbally and in writing about the study’s goals, methods, and their rights. Pseudonyms were assigned, interview recordings were stored in password-protected files, and audio files were deleted following transcription and analysis to ensure confidentiality.Given the sensitive nature of caregiving experiences, particular attention was paid to minimizing emotional distress. Participants were informed that they could pause or stop the interview at any time without consequence. At the end of each session, participants were offered psychological support resources if the interview process evoked emotional discomfort. Interview times and locations were arranged according to participants’ preferences to maximize comfort and autonomy. Finally, participants were reminded that they could withdraw their data at any stage of the study.
