: We conducted the study in accordance with the Declaration of Helsinki for research ethics. The authors obtained ethical approval from the Wolaita Sodo University Institutional Review Board on February 23/2023 with reference number SGS/256/23. We obtained written permission from the Wolaita Zone Health Department to conduct the study. We also obtained verbal informed consent from each of the study participants. We collected the data anonymously to maintain the confidentiality of the respondents’ responses.
