: The study adhered to the World Medical Association’s Declaration of Helsinki guidelines [ ]. Ethical approval was obtained from the Institutional Review Board (IRB) of Beirut Arab University. The objectives and purpose of the study were explained to all participants, and they were informed of their right to withdraw from the interview at any time. Oral informed consent was obtained before conducting the interviews to ensure anonymity and voluntary participation, as written consent could cause concern among participants regarding potential legal implications. Permission to access the camps for interviews was granted by the Lebanese Army Intelligence and local municipalities.
