: The ethical approval letter was obtained from the Institutional Review Board (IRB) of Bahir Dar University, College of Medicine and Health Sciences, with protocol number 593/2022. All methods in the manuscript were conducted in accordance with relevant ethical guidelines and regulations established by the Declaration of Helsinki. After receiving ethical clearance, permission was issued by the Awi Zone Health Department, and an official letter of cooperation was obtained from the selected health facilities. After the purpose and importance of the study were explained, informed consent was obtained from each participant.
