: All methods were carried out following relevant guidelines and regulations. Ethics approval, with reference number BUHREC (BUHREC852/22) was obtained from the Health Research and Ethics Committee (BUHREC) at Babcock University, Nigeria. Approval was also obtained from the support group admin where the data was collected. Participants were informed that participation in the study was absolutely voluntary. Participants’ anonymity and confidentiality were ensured first since researchers were not allowed direct contact with the women and secondly no names were included in the responses, except other socio-demographic details used to describe the basic characteristics of respondents. Consent was confirmed when respondents returned responses privately to the data collector.
