: This study complies with the Declaration of Helsinki. Ethical approval was obtained from the Institutional Review Committee (IRC) at Pokhara University (ref no. 001/2080/81, 16th Sept. 2023). Written permission to conduct the study was also obtained from the health section of the Bhanu Municipality. Participants were informed about the objectives, benefits, and risks of the study and provided written informed consent. Participation was entirely voluntary, and the rights of participants were respected throughout the study. They were also informed about nearby free cervical cancer screening services available to them.
