: The study protocol was approved by the Ege University Clinical Research Ethics Committee (Date: 26.06.2025, File Number: 25-6.1T/7). Although the study was retrospective in design, written informed consent for participation in clinical research and use of anonymized medical data was obtained from all patients at the time of treatment initiation, in addition to the standard procedural consent for IVF/ICSI. The study was conducted in accordance with the Declaration of Helsinki.All patient data were anonymized prior to analysis and handled in accordance with the Turkish Personal Data Protection Law (Law No. 6698) and institutional data protection regulations.
