Ethics approval and consent to participate
: The study was conducted as part of a research grant awarded by the German Research Foundation (DFG; ) to ASG (grant identifier: GO 1107/4–1). The DFG’s board of ethics passed the research proposal that underlies the present study. Additional approval by other ethics committees (e.g., from universities) are not required by projects funded by DFG. After reading the short description of the purpose of the study (see Section 2.2.) all participants gave their written informed consent on line, in accordance with DFG’s board of ethics.
