: This study was approved by the Canton of Vaud Research Ethics Board pursuant to Swiss federal law respecting human research, Ethical clearance was granted (2021–02023), all methods were performed in accordance with the relevant guidelines and regulations. Every participant provided informed written consent ahead of the interview. Participants were advised in writing and verbally that they were free to withdraw from the study at any time and were assured that their participation was anonymous.
